Welcome to Griffin’s Graffiti, a collection of writings, updates, news and other sharings.
So, you may ask ‘why do I call it Graffiti?’.

The word graffiti derives from the Greek graphein—meaning “to write, scratch, draw”, and the Italian graffito—meaning “scratch or scribble”.

Graffiti has been with us from ancient times and has evolved into modern day street art. Our distant ancestors drew on the walls of caves, leaving behind clues to how they lived in their world. In later times Romans and Greeks wrote their names, protest poems and love notes on buildings. Evidence suggests that the Vikings and the Mayans also engaged in serious graffiti making. Graffiti was prolific during the Renaissance, and even French soldiers carved graffiti on monuments during Napoleonic campaigns. The writing on the walls has been around for a very long time.

This is my writing on the wall. Here I will share my thoughts, insights, explorations and discoveries on a range of topics, always relating to accelerated personal evolution, creating a meaningful life in a crazy world, the WEL-Systems® paradigm, CODE Model Coaching™, and anything else that piques my curiosity.
